Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping:  Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt. Once processed, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided or by visiting our website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories at this time.

International Shipping

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damages & Lost Packages

  • Lavender & Moonlight Candle LLC is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
    • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost. We are not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
