At Lavender & Moonlight Candle LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we do not accept returns or cancellations on pre-orders or any other orders. We encourage customers to shop responsibly and make informed decisions when purchasing.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at lavenderandmoonlightllc@outlook.com with a photo of the damaged product. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, provide a replacement if deemed appropriate.

Note: Typically, all damaged or lost packages must be reported directly to the shipping company. Please file a claim with them to resolve any issues. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, and any claims must be filed with the shipping carrier.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items.

Exchanges

Refunds

Refunds are not offered except in cases where a replacement is not available for damaged or defective items, and the issue is acknowledged by our team. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
